This Quotation Estimate is formally issued to provide a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of all costs associated with the engagement of a Professor of Applied Computer Science and Data Engineering for a twelve-month academic consulting and research collaboration. This document is prepared specifically for use in Indonesia Jakarta, in accordance with the regulatory and fiscal frameworks governing professional services engagements within the Greater Jakarta metropolitan area. The Professor to be engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall provide the following services within the Indonesia Jakarta operational area:

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made via bank transfer to the designated account of the Professor’s affiliated institution, in accordance with the following schedule:
- 30% advance payment (IDR 265,440,000) upon execution of the service agreement, to be remitted within ten (10) business days of signing.
- Monthly installments of IDR 47,900,000 for the mentorship, transportation, and administrative components, payable by the 5th business day of each subsequent month.
- Final settlement of all remaining balances, including the technology roadmap report and any unused consultation hours, to be completed within fifteen (15) business days of the engagement’s conclusion.
All payments are subject to the applicable Indonesian tax regulations as enforced in Indonesia Jakarta. The client shall issue the relevant tax withholding certificates (Bukti Potong) in compliance with the Directorate General of Taxes (Ditjen Pajak) guidelines.
5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to re-evaluation and may be adjusted to reflect prevailing market conditions in Indonesia Jakarta.
5.2 The Professor reserves the right to decline or reschedule any engagement component with a minimum of fourteen (14) days’ written notice, provided that the client is offered a suitable alternative date within the same calendar month.
5.3 All intellectual property generated during the course of this engagement, including but not limited to white papers, training materials, and the technology roadmap report, shall be jointly owned by the Professor and the client, with specific usage rights to be delineated in the definitive service agreement.
5.4 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal service agreement, to be drafted in accordance with Indonesian civil law (KUHPerdata) and applicable regulations in Indonesia Jakarta, must be executed by both parties before any services commence.
5.5 In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting Indonesia Jakarta, either party may suspend obligations without penalty, with a maximum suspension period of sixty (60) consecutive days.
5.6 Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through mediation in Indonesia Jakarta, and failing mediation, through the competent courts of the South Jakarta District Court (Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan).
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms set forth in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the Professor in Indonesia Jakarta. This document, once countersigned, shall serve as the basis for the preparation of the definitive service agreement.
