Payment shall be made in quarterly instalments via bank transfer (bonifico bancario) to the account of Istituto di Studi Avanzati di Napoli, IBAN: IT60 X054 2811 1000 0000 0123 456, BIC: BLOPIT22. The first instalment (25% of the total) is due within 30 days of contract signature. Subsequent quarterly payments are due on the 1st of January, April, July, and October 2026. Late payments shall incur a statutory interest rate as defined by Italian civil law (Codice Civile, Art. 1284).
4. Terms and Conditions4.1 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by the authorised institutional representative in Naples.
4.2 The Professor's duties, working hours, and performance metrics shall be defined in a separate Academic Service Agreement (Contratto di Prestazione d'Opera Intellettuale) in compliance with Italian labour and academic law.
4.3 Either party may terminate the engagement with 60 days' written notice. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata adjustment to the Quotation Estimate total shall apply.
