All services are to be rendered primarily at the Abidjan campus in the Ivory Coast, with occasional travel to secondary campuses in Bouaké and Yamoussoukro as required by the academic calendar.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period requires written reconfirmation of all rates and terms.
2. All amounts stated in this document are in West African CFA Francs (XOF) and are inclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate in the Ivory Coast, unless otherwise specified.
3. The Professor shall be engaged under a fixed-term academic contract of ten (10) months, commencing on 1 September 2025 and concluding on 30 June 2026, in accordance with the academic calendar of the Université Félix Houphouët-Boigny in Abidjan.
4. Payment shall be made in monthly installments via bank transfer to the designated account in Abidjan, Ivory Coast, within fifteen (15) business days of the end of each calendar month. The initial relocation and onboarding fees (Items 7 and 10) shall be settled in full prior to the Professor's arrival in Abidjan.
5. The institution reserves the right to request a revised Quotation Estimate should the scope of services, the number of supervised students, or the duration of engagement be materially altered after the initial acceptance of this document.
6. All intellectual property, research outputs, and published works produced by the Professor during the term of engagement shall be jointly owned by the Professor and the institution, subject to a separate intellectual property agreement to be executed at the commencement of the contract.
7. This engagement is governed by the labor and academic regulations of the Republic of Ivory Coast. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved through the competent labor courts of Abidjan, Ivory Coast.
8. The institution shall provide the Professor with a dedicated office space, access to the university library and computing facilities, and reasonable administrative support throughout the engagement period in Abidjan.
9. Early termination by either party requires a written notice of at least sixty (60) days. In the event of early termination, all accrued and unpaid amounts up to the termination date shall be settled within thirty (30) days.
10. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a final contract. A formal academic employment contract, compliant with Ivory Coast statutory requirements, shall be drafted and signed by both parties prior to the commencement of services.
