• 3.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period will require re-confirmation of all rates and availability of the Professor.
• 3.2 Payment shall be made in three equal installments: 40% upon contract signing, 30% at the midpoint of the engagement (November 2025), and the remaining 30% upon successful completion of all deliverables in January 2026.
• 3.3 All payments shall be processed in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD) via bank transfer to the account designated in the service agreement. No cash payments will be accepted.
• 3.4 The Professor shall comply with all academic regulations, institutional policies, and labor laws of the State of Kuwait. The client institution in Kuwait, Kuwait City shall provide all necessary academic resources, classroom facilities, and administrative support.
• 3.5 Any additional services beyond the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and mutual agreement on additional fees.
• 3.6 The Professor retains full intellectual property rights over all research publications, lecture notes, and academic materials produced during the engagement, unless otherwise stipulated in a separate intellectual property agreement.
• 3.7 Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In the event of early termination, fees for services already rendered shall be non-refundable.
• 3.8 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties in Kuwait, Kuwait City.
