Terms and Conditions of this Quotation Estimate

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the rates and terms may be subject to revision due to market conditions in Mexico Mexico City.
• Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, and 50% upon completion of the Professor's engagement period. Payments shall be made via bank transfer to our account at Banco de México, Mexico Mexico City branch.
• The Professor's services are to be rendered primarily at the client's premises in Mexico Mexico City. Any travel outside the Mexico Mexico City metropolitan area will be billed separately at cost.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal service agreement must be executed by both parties before the Professor commences work.
• All intellectual property generated by the Professor during the course of this engagement shall be jointly owned by the Professor and the client, as stipulated in the final contract.
• The Professor reserves the right to publish research findings, subject to a 90-day prior notification to the client, in accordance with Mexican academic and intellectual property law.
• Any changes to the scope of services outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Additional services will be quoted separately.
• This Quotation Estimate is governed by the commercial laws of the United Mexican States, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mexico Mexico City.
• The Professor's professional liability insurance is maintained at a minimum coverage of MXN $5,000,000, valid throughout the service period in Mexico Mexico City.
