- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any engagement beyond this validity window will require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates in Pakistan Islamabad.
- The Professor shall be bound by a standard academic employment contract governed by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan and the labor laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. All contractual terms will be finalized prior to the commencement of duties.
- Payment shall be disbursed on a monthly basis via bank transfer to the designated account of the Professor. The initial relocation and setup payments (Items 5 and 8) shall be released within fifteen (15) days of contract signing.
- All amounts stated in this Quotation Estimate are exclusive of applicable sales tax and withholding tax as mandated by the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Islamabad. The client institution shall bear any additional statutory deductions.
- The Professor is expected to maintain a minimum of 24 contact hours per week for teaching, research, and administrative duties at the designated campus in Pakistan Islamabad.
- Early termination of the engagement by either party shall be subject to a sixty (60) day written notice. In the event of termination before the completion of the twelve-month term, a pro-rata adjustment will be applied to all annualized items in this Quotation Estimate.
- Capital Academic Services (Pvt.) Ltd. shall not be held liable for any delays in HEC approval, visa processing, or government NOC issuance that may affect the start date of the Professor's engagement.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal academic employment agreement. All terms herein are subject to mutual written consent.
- Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940, with the seat of arbitration in Islamabad, Pakistan.
