This Quotation Estimate is formally issued to provide a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of all costs associated with the engagement of a Professor for academic instruction, research supervision, and institutional advisory services within the academic and professional landscape of Peru Lima. This document serves as a binding financial proposal for the period specified herein and is prepared in accordance with the regulatory framework established by the Ministry of Education of Peru (MINEDU) and the applicable labor and tax regulations of the Republic of Peru.

The Professor services outlined in this Quotation Estimate are designed to meet the specific academic requirements of the requesting institution in Peru Lima, ensuring compliance with national accreditation standards, university bylaws, and the professional development goals of the student body and faculty members.

The Professor engagement covered by this Quotation Estimate includes the following deliverables and responsibilities, all to be executed in Peru Lima:

• Lectures and Seminars: Delivery of 48 hours of in-person academic instruction per semester across two (2) undergraduate courses and one (1) graduate-level seminar, conducted at the institution's campus in Lima, Peru.
• Research Supervision: Mentorship and academic guidance for a minimum of six (6) master's thesis candidates, including bi-weekly progress meetings and final thesis review.
• Curriculum Development: Design and updating of course syllabi, learning objectives, and assessment rubrics aligned with the Peruvian national curriculum standards.
• Academic Advisory: Participation in at least four (4) faculty committee meetings per semester to contribute to academic planning and institutional strategy in Peru Lima.
• Student Evaluation: Grading, feedback provision, and academic advising for enrolled students throughout the academic term.
• Professional Development: Organization and facilitation of two (2) workshops per semester for junior faculty members on pedagogical methodologies and research ethics.

Payment for the Professor services detailed in this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows, in accordance with the financial policies of the requesting institution in Peru Lima:

• Advance Payment (30%): S/ 15,210.00 due within ten (10) business days of contract execution.
• Mid-Term Payment (40%): S/ 20,280.00 due at the completion of the first academic semester.
• Final Payment (30%): S/ 15,210.00 due within fifteen (15) business days of the completion of all deliverables and submission of the final academic report.

All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by the Professor or the academic services provider, as applicable under Peruvian banking regulations.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision based on market conditions in Peru Lima.
• The Professor engagement is contingent upon the mutual execution of a formal service contract in compliance with Peruvian labor law (Ley General del Trabajo, D.L. 7289) and applicable university regulations.
• Any modifications to the scope of services outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be agreed upon in writing by both parties prior to implementation.
• The Professor shall maintain professional liability insurance as required by Peruvian academic institutions operating in Lima.
• All intellectual property generated during the engagement shall be governed by the terms specified in the executed contract, in accordance with Peruvian intellectual property law (Ley Nº 27808).
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted and countersigned by both parties.
• Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved through the competent courts of Lima, Peru, or by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Centro de Arbitraje y Conciliación de la Cámara de Comercio de Lima.
