- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Philippines Manila.
- All services rendered by the Professor shall be performed in a professional and timely manner, adhering to the academic calendar of the client institution located in Manila, Philippines.
- Payment shall be made within fifteen (15) business days from the date of invoice submission. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Philippine tax and commercial law.
- The Professor reserves the right to reschedule engagements with a minimum of seventy-two (72) hours prior written notice. Cancellations by the client within forty-eight (48) hours of a scheduled session shall be billed at 50% of the session fee.
- All intellectual property generated during the engagement, including lecture notes, research outputs, and curriculum materials, shall be jointly owned by the Professor and the client institution, as per the University of the Philippines IP policy.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal Service Agreement must be executed by both parties prior to the commencement of any services in Philippines Manila.
- The Professor shall comply with all applicable laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and the National Internal Revenue Code.
- Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through mediation in Manila, Philippines, in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Arbitration Law (RA 8762).
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms outlined herein for the engagement of the Professor in Philippines Manila.
