- 3.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates for the Professor's services in Saint Petersburg, Russia, are subject to revision.
- 3.2 Payment shall be made in Russian Rubles (RUB) via bank transfer to the account designated by the Professor's employing institution. A 40% advance payment is due upon contract execution; 40% is due at the midpoint of the twelve-week programme; and the remaining 20% is due within fifteen (15) business days of the Professor's final delivery in Saint Petersburg.
- 3.3 The Professor's engagement is governed by the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and the specific academic regulations of the host university in Saint Petersburg. Any dispute arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Saint Petersburg, Russia.
- 3.4 The Professor shall comply with all applicable Russian Federation laws regarding foreign academic personnel, including but not limited to visa conditions, tax obligations, and data protection regulations (Federal Law No. 152-FZ).
