- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on market conditions in Saudi Arabia.
- Payment shall be made in monthly instalments via bank transfer to the designated account in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, within fifteen (15) business days of each invoice date.
- The Professor’s contract term is for one (1) academic semester (16 weeks), with an option for renewal subject to mutual written agreement and a new Quotation Estimate.
- The institution in Jeddah shall provide a dedicated office, laboratory access, and all necessary teaching materials and technology infrastructure.
- Early termination by either party requires a written notice of thirty (30) days. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata settlement of all committed costs shall apply.
- The Professor shall comply with all Saudi Arabian laws, regulations, and institutional policies, including but not limited to the Saudi Ministry of Education guidelines and the Saudi Commission for Universities accreditation standards.
- All intellectual property developed during the engagement in Jeddah shall be jointly owned by the Professor and the host institution, as stipulated in a separate IP agreement.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and accompanied by a formal engagement letter.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the rules of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration.
