This Quotation Estimate is issued by the National Academic Services Consortium (hereinafter referred to as "the Provider") in response to the formal request submitted by the Department of Applied Sciences at the National University of Singapore Singapore. The purpose of this document is to provide a comprehensive, itemised financial estimate for the engagement of a Professor to deliver a series of advanced academic programmes, research supervision, and institutional consultancy services within the jurisdiction of Singapore Singapore during the academic year 2025/2026.
The Professor to be engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall hold a full Professorial appointment in the field of Computational Engineering and Applied Mathematics, with a minimum of fifteen (15) years of post-doctoral experience, a verified publication record in Q1 international journals, and prior experience in delivering executive-level academic programmes in the Singapore Singapore region. All services described herein are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in Section 5 of this Quotation Estimate.
2. Itemised Services and Cost BreakdownThe following table sets out the detailed cost structure for the Professor's engagement as part of this Quotation Estimate. All figures are expressed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of all applicable statutory levies unless otherwise stated.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: a non-refundable deposit of thirty percent (30%) of the total amount, amounting to SGD 22,268.70, is due within fourteen (14) calendar days of the formal acceptance of this Quotation Estimate by the client institution in Singapore Singapore. The remaining seventy percent (70%), amounting to SGD 51,960.30, shall be payable in three (3) equal monthly instalments of SGD 17,320.10, commencing one (1) month after the Professor's first on-site engagement in Singapore Singapore. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the Provider's designated account. Late payments shall attract a penalty interest of 1.5% per month, calculated on the outstanding balance, in accordance with the prevailing commercial practices in Singapore Singapore.
4. Validity and AcceptanceThis Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue, expiring on 15 September 2025. Should the client wish to proceed beyond this validity period, a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting any changes in the Professor's availability, prevailing exchange rates, or updated Singapore Singapore regulatory requirements will be issued at no additional cost. Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate constitutes a binding agreement between the Provider and the client institution, subject to the terms set forth herein and the applicable laws of Singapore Singapore.
5. Terms and Conditions- 5.1 The Professor engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall comply with all academic integrity policies, data protection regulations (including the Personal Data Protection Act of Singapore Singapore), and institutional codes of conduct applicable in Singapore Singapore.
- 5.2 The Provider reserves the right to substitute the named Professor with an equivalent or higher-qualified academic of the same rank, provided that the substitute meets or exceeds the qualifications specified in Section 1 of this Quotation Estimate. Written notice of any such substitution shall be provided no fewer than fourteen (14) days prior to the affected engagement.
- 5.3 All intellectual property generated by the Professor during the course of the engagement, including but not limited to lecture materials, research outputs, and workshop content, shall be jointly owned by the Provider and the client institution in Singapore Singapore, as further detailed in a separate Intellectual Property Agreement to be executed upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
- 5.4 Cancellation by the client institution more than thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled engagement shall result in a refund of the deposit less a 10% administrative processing fee. Cancellation within thirty (30) days shall be non-refundable.
- 5.5 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a guarantee of academic outcomes, publication acceptance, or research success. The Professor shall exercise professional diligence and academic rigour in all deliverables.
- 5.6 Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation under the Singapore Mediation Centre, and failing resolution, through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Singapore Singapore.
- 5.7 The Provider shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of SGD 2,000,000 per occurrence throughout the duration of the Professor's engagement in Singapore Singapore.
By signing below, the undersigned parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and financial obligations set forth in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the Professor in Singapore Singapore. This document, once countersigned, shall serve as the governing commercial instrument for the services described herein.
