Amount in words: Seven Hundred and Seventy-Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Rand only (ZAR 779 700.00). This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Any engagement beyond this period will require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates in South Africa Cape Town.

  • Payment is due within thirty (30) days of invoice date, payable by electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the bank account detailed on the invoice.
  • A 10% deposit is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Professor's availability for the contract period.
  • Remaining balance shall be invoiced monthly in arrears, with a detailed timesheet and deliverables report attached to each invoice.
  • Late payments will attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, in accordance with the National Credit Act of South Africa.
  • All costs are in South African Rand (ZAR). No foreign currency conversion applies as all services are rendered in South Africa Cape Town.
  • The Professor shall submit a monthly progress report to the client's Head of Department by the 5th business day of each month.
  • Quarterly strategic advisory reports will be delivered within ten (10) business days following each quarterly session.
  • All curriculum development deliverables will be submitted in both digital (PDF and editable Word) and printed formats.
  • A final comprehensive report summarising all services rendered, outcomes achieved, and recommendations for the following academic year will be delivered within twenty-one (21) days of contract completion.
  • This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned.
  • The Professor reserves the right to decline additional work outside the agreed scope without prior written amendment to this Quotation Estimate.
  • Intellectual property produced specifically for the client under this engagement shall be jointly owned, unless otherwise agreed in a separate IP agreement.
  • Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In such an event, the client shall be invoiced for all services rendered up to the termination date.
  • This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Cape Town, Western Cape.
  • The Professor and the service provider are registered in South Africa Cape Town and comply with all applicable South African labour, tax, and higher education regulations.
  • Confidentiality: All information exchanged during the engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Professor in South Africa Cape Town.
