This Quotation Estimate is issued in response to the Client's formal request for the engagement of a Professor to deliver specialized academic instruction, research supervision, and professional development workshops within the metropolitan area of Seoul, South Korea. The Professor shall be a full-time or adjunct faculty member holding a doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in the relevant discipline, with a minimum of ten (10) years of post-doctoral teaching and research experience at a recognized university in South Korea or an internationally accredited institution.
The engagement period shall span from 1 September 2025 through 31 August 2026, comprising one full academic year. All instructional sessions, seminars, and research consultations shall be conducted at the Client's designated premises in Seoul, South Korea, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.

The Client shall remit payment in accordance with the following schedule, all transfers to be made via bank wire to the account of Seoul International Academic Partners Co., Ltd. at a licensed financial institution in Seoul, South Korea:

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision without prior notice.
- The Professor's engagement is governed by the academic labor standards of the Republic of South Korea, including the Act on the Improvement of the Working Conditions of Teachers and the relevant provisions of the Korean Civil Code.
- All intellectual property, course materials, and research outputs created by the Professor during the engagement period shall be jointly owned by the Client and the Professor, as stipulated in the separate Intellectual Property Addendum.
- The Client is responsible for providing suitable lecture facilities, audio-visual equipment, and a dedicated workspace for the Professor at the designated location in Seoul, South Korea.
- Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In the event of early termination, the Client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date plus a cancellation fee of 15% of the remaining contract value.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting service agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Seoul, South Korea, in accordance with the rules of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB).
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement in writing. All terms herein are subject to the final agreement.
- The Professor shall comply with all applicable data protection regulations under the Personal Information Protection Act of South Korea when handling student records and research data.
- Any additional services beyond the scope defined in Section 2 shall be subject to a separate written amendment to this Quotation Estimate, signed by both parties.
