All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and are subject to the applicable Value Added Tax (IVA) rate of 21% as regulated under Spanish fiscal law for services rendered in Madrid, Spain. This Quotation Estimate does not include any additional costs for accommodation, meals, or international travel, as the Professor is based in the Spain Madrid area.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of the Professor are subject to reconfirmation.
- Payment terms: 40% advance deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of week six of the programme, and the remaining 20% within fifteen (15) business days following the final assessment session in Spain Madrid.
- The Professor shall deliver all academic content in accordance with the approved syllabus. Any material changes to the course scope must be agreed in writing by both parties and may result in a revised Quotation Estimate.
- All intellectual property rights in course materials, lecture notes, and examination papers created by the Professor under this engagement shall remain the property of the Professor, with a non-exclusive licence granted to the client for internal academic use within their Spain Madrid institution.
- The client is responsible for providing a suitable teaching venue, audio-visual equipment, and student registration management at their premises in Madrid, Spain.
- In the event of force majeure affecting the delivery of services in Spain Madrid, both parties shall negotiate in good faith to reschedule affected sessions without additional charge, up to a maximum of four (4) rescheduled sessions.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.
- The Professor is engaged as an independent academic consultant and not as an employee of the client. All applicable social security and tax obligations in Spain Madrid are the sole responsibility of the Professor or their designated entity.
