The scope of this engagement encompasses lecture delivery, doctoral thesis supervision, peer review of academic publications, participation in national policy workshops, and the development of new undergraduate and postgraduate course modules. All services are to be conducted in both Arabic and English, reflecting the bilingual academic tradition of institutions in Sudan Khartoum.

3.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Sudan Khartoum.
3.2 Payment shall be made in installments: 30% upon contract signing, 40% at the midpoint of the academic term, and 30% upon successful completion of all deliverables. All payments shall be processed in Sudanese Pounds (SDG) via bank transfer to the designated institutional account.
3.3 The Professor reserves the right to reschedule individual sessions with a minimum of 48 hours' written notice. Cancellations by the client institution beyond this window shall incur a 15% fee on the affected session value.
3.4 All intellectual property generated during curriculum development and module creation shall be jointly owned by the Professor and the commissioning institution, with full attribution to the Professor as primary author.
3.5 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and approved by the relevant financial authority of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Republic of Sudan.
3.6 The Professor shall maintain professional indemnity insurance valid throughout the engagement period, as required by Sudanese academic regulatory standards.
The Professor named in this Quotation Estimate holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Development Economics from the University of Khartoum, with additional postdoctoral research experience at the University of Edinburgh. He has served as Head of Department at the Faculty of Economics and Political Science for the past seven years and has published over forty-five peer-reviewed articles in both Arabic and English-language journals. His academic standing in Sudan Khartoum is recognized by the National Council for Higher Education, and he currently serves on the Sudanese National Committee for Academic Accreditation.
Note: This Quotation Estimate has been prepared in accordance with the financial regulations of the Republic of Sudan and the internal procurement guidelines of the University of Khartoum. All figures are quoted in Sudanese Pounds (SDG) at the prevailing exchange rate as of the date of issue. Any discrepancy exceeding 5% in the exchange rate at the time of payment shall trigger a mutual review clause.By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms set forth in this Quotation Estimate. The engagement of the Professor shall commence on 1 March 2025, subject to final administrative clearance from the relevant authorities in Khartoum.
