The Professor to be engaged is Prof. Dr. Martin Keller, Chair of Applied Economics and Innovation Management at the Zürich Institute of Advanced Studies, with over twenty-five years of distinguished academic and industry experience in Switzerland and internationally.

The services outlined in this Quotation Estimate are tailored specifically to the operational and strategic needs of the client, with all activities to be conducted in Switzerland Zurich or its immediate surrounding regions, in accordance with Swiss federal and cantonal regulations governing academic engagements and professional services.

All amounts are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF). Swiss Value Added Tax (Mehrwertsteuer) at the standard rate of 7.7% is included. This Quotation Estimate is subject to the terms and conditions stated below.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of the Professor are subject to re-evaluation and may be revised.
2. Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 60% balance payment within thirty (30) days of completion of all services. Payments shall be made via bank transfer to the Zürich Institute of Advanced Studies, IBAN: CH93 0076 2011 6238 5295 7, SWIFT: POFICHBEXXX.
3. All services rendered by the Professor shall be conducted in accordance with Swiss academic ethics codes and the professional standards of the Zürich Institute of Advanced Studies. The Professor retains full intellectual property rights over pre-existing research; newly developed materials created specifically for the client under this engagement shall be jointly owned as stipulated in the separate Intellectual Property Agreement.
4. Any changes to the scope, duration, or location of services within Switzerland Zurich must be communicated in writing at least fourteen (14) days in advance. Modifications may result in an amended Quotation Estimate at the discretion of the institution.
5. The Professor reserves the right to reschedule individual sessions with a minimum of 72 hours' notice in the event of unforeseen academic obligations, illness, or institutional requirements. Rescheduled sessions shall be delivered within a reasonable timeframe at no additional cost.
6. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. Acceptance shall be confirmed by signature on the attached order form or by written email to the Academic Affairs Office.
7. Disputes arising from this engagement shall be governed by the laws of the Swiss Confederation, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Zürich, Switzerland.
8. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information exchanged during the course of the engagement, in compliance with Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP / DSG).

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate in its entirety, including all terms, conditions, and the scope of services provided by the Professor as described herein. The engagement shall be conducted in Switzerland Zurich under the institutional oversight of the Zürich Institute of Advanced Studies.
