Thank you for your inquiry regarding the engagement of a senior academic professional for the upcoming academic year. Siam Academic Partners Co., Ltd. is pleased to present this Quotation Estimate for the services of a distinguished Professor to be deployed at your institution in Thailand Bangkok. This document outlines the full scope of services, associated costs, and contractual terms governing the engagement. We have carefully structured this Quotation Estimate to reflect the premium nature of the Professor services being offered and the specific operational requirements of an academic institution located in the heart of Thailand Bangkok.

The following Quotation Estimate covers the comprehensive engagement of Professor Dr. Ananda Krishnamurthy, a tenured full Professor in the field of Advanced Materials Science and Nanotechnology, for a period of twelve (12) months commencing 1 September 2025. The Professor will be based at the Chulalongkorn University campus in Thailand Bangkok and will deliver the following services:

Delivery of two (2) graduate-level courses per semester (MSc and PhD level) in Advanced Nanomaterials and Computational Materials Science.
Supervision of a minimum of four (4) PhD candidates and six (6) MSc students throughout the academic year.
Conduct of weekly research seminars and laboratory sessions at the Bangkok campus facilities.
Collaboration with the existing faculty team on joint research publications and grant applications.
Participation in at least two (2) international academic conferences hosted in or related to Thailand Bangkok during the engagement period.
Advisory support to the Dean's Office on curriculum development and academic accreditation matters.

All amounts are quoted in Thai Baht (THB). The total Quotation Estimate of THB 3,498,900 is inclusive of all applicable taxes and levies as mandated by the Revenue Department of Thailand. No additional charges will be incurred beyond the scope described in this document unless a formal amendment is executed by both parties.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made as follows:

Advance Payment (30%): THB 1,049,670 due within fourteen (14) calendar days of contract execution, prior to the Professor's arrival in Thailand Bangkok.
Monthly Installments (55%): THB 1,924,395 disbursed in twelve equal monthly installments of THB 160,366, payable on the first business day of each month.
Final Settlement (15%): THB 524,835 payable within thirty (30) days of the Professor's final departure from Thailand Bangkok, subject to satisfactory completion of all contractual obligations.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision without prior notice.
The Professor shall be subject to the academic regulations, code of conduct, and intellectual property policies of Chulalongkorn University, Thailand Bangkok, for the duration of the engagement.
Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In such an event, a pro-rata adjustment to the Quotation Estimate total will be calculated and settled within thirty (30) days.
All research outputs, publications, and intellectual property generated by the Professor during the engagement period in Thailand Bangkok shall be jointly owned by the Professor and the University, as stipulated in the separate Intellectual Property Addendum.
The Professor is responsible for maintaining a valid Thai work permit and non-immigrant visa throughout the engagement period. Siam Academic Partners shall provide administrative support for all immigration-related procedures in Thailand Bangkok.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangkok, Thailand, in accordance with the rules of the Thai Arbitration Institute.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement in writing.

By signing below, the undersigned parties acknowledge and accept the terms, conditions, and financial obligations set forth in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the Professor at the institution in Thailand Bangkok.
