In accordance with the terms of this Quotation Estimate, payment for the Professor’s services in Turkey Ankara shall be structured as follows:

30% advance payment (USD 41,832.00) due within fourteen (14) calendar days of formal acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
40% interim payment (USD 55,776.00) due at the midpoint of the academic engagement (Week 18).
30% final payment (USD 41,832.00) due within twenty-one (21) days of the Professor’s completion of all deliverables and submission of the final engagement report.

All payments shall be remitted via bank transfer to the account designated by the service provider. The client is advised to confirm the current TRY-to-USD exchange rate with their financial institution at the time of each payment, as this Quotation Estimate is denominated in US Dollars for international accounting consistency.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Turkey Ankara.
The Professor’s engagement is governed by the academic labour regulations of the Republic of Turkey and the specific institutional policies of the host university in Turkey Ankara. The client acknowledges that the Professor retains full intellectual property rights over all research findings and publications produced during the engagement, subject to a non-exclusive licence granted to the client for internal academic use.
Any changes to the scope of services outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Amendments will be documented as a supplementary schedule attached to the original Quotation Estimate.
The service provider shall maintain professional liability insurance covering the Professor’s activities in Turkey Ankara with a minimum coverage of USD 1,000,000 per occurrence.
In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting Turkey Ankara), either party may suspend obligations without penalty, provided written notice is given within five (5) business days.
