Note: All monetary figures in this Quotation Estimate are quoted in United States Dollars (USD). The final invoice issued in Turkey Istanbul shall be converted at the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (TCMB) reference exchange rate on the date of invoicing. Turkish withholding tax (stopaj vergisi) applicable to the Professor's salary shall be deducted at source in accordance with the Turkey-Turkey double taxation treaty provisions, where applicable.

The total Quotation Estimate amount of $367,200.00 USD shall be disbursed according to the following schedule:

  • Advance Payment (30%): $110,160.00 — Due within 15 business days of mutual acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the formal Professor engagement contract in Turkey Istanbul.
  • Quarterly Installments (50%): $45,900.00 per quarter — Payable at the beginning of each academic quarter (September, December, March, June).
  • Final Settlement (20%): $73,440.00 — Payable within 30 days of the Professor's completion of all contractual obligations and submission of the final research report, subject to satisfactory KPI evaluation by the Marmara University Faculty Board.
  1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and conditions are subject to revision by Bosphorus Academic Consulting Group.
  2. The Professor's engagement is strictly limited to the Turkey Istanbul campus. Any travel to other Turkish cities or international locations for academic purposes must be pre-approved in writing by the Faculty Dean's Office.
  3. All intellectual property generated by the Professor during the engagement period, including research outputs, software, and publications, shall be jointly owned by the Professor and Marmara University, as stipulated in the formal contract. The Quotation Estimate does not override these IP provisions.
  4. Termination by either party requires a minimum of sixty (60) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata adjustment to the remaining Quotation Estimate balance shall be calculated and settled within 30 days.
  5. The Professor is required to comply with all Turkish labour laws, immigration regulations, and the specific academic conduct policies of Marmara University in Turkey Istanbul.
  6. Any changes to the scope of services outlined in Section 2 must be documented in a formal amendment to this Quotation Estimate, signed by both parties, before implementation.
  7. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Istanbul, Turkey, in accordance with the rules of the Istanbul Arbitration Centre (ISTAC).
  8. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until it is countersigned by both parties and the formal Professor engagement agreement is executed in the presence of a notary public in Turkey Istanbul.
