- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision by Al Noor Educational Services LLC, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
- All financial obligations outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be settled in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) via bank transfer to the designated account of Al Noor Educational Services LLC, registered in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- Payment shall be structured as follows: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 50% payable in two equal installments at the midpoint and end of the engagement period, and the remaining 20% upon successful completion of all deliverables by the Professor.
- The Professor's engagement is governed by the labor laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 on the Regulation of Labour Relations, and the academic regulations of the Federal University of Abu Dhabi.
- Any changes to the scope of work, duration of engagement, or deliverables must be documented in a formal amendment to this Quotation Estimate, signed by both parties, and shall be subject to a revised cost assessment.
- The Professor is required to maintain professional conduct in accordance with the cultural norms and legal framework of the United Arab Emirates, Abu Dhabi, at all times during the engagement period.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both the issuing authority and the Professor, or their duly authorized representatives.
