This Quotation Estimate is issued by Emirates Scholarly Consultancy Group (hereinafter referred to as "the Provider") in response to the formal request submitted by Al Noor Educational Development Foundation (hereinafter referred to as "the Client") for the engagement of a senior Professor to deliver a comprehensive suite of academic and research-oriented services within the jurisdiction of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Professor engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall hold a minimum of a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in the relevant discipline, possess no fewer than fifteen (15) years of post-doctoral teaching and research experience, and maintain an active academic affiliation with a recognized institution accredited by the Commission for Academic Accreditation (CAA) of the United Arab Emirates.
The services outlined in this Quotation Estimate are designed to support the Client's strategic objectives in curriculum development, faculty capacity building, and applied research collaboration, all conducted in full compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Dubai Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) and the relevant federal education authorities of the United Arab Emirates.

3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period shall be subject to re-evaluation of rates by the Provider.
3.2 Payment Terms: A non-refundable advance payment of twenty-five percent (25%) of the Grand Total shall be due upon execution of the service agreement. The remaining seventy-five percent (75%) shall be payable in three equal monthly installments, with each installment due within fourteen (14) days of the invoice date. All payments shall be made in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) via bank transfer to the Provider's designated corporate account in Dubai.
3.3 Intellectual Property: All research outputs, reports, and curriculum materials produced by the Professor under this engagement shall be jointly owned by the Provider and the Client, as stipulated in the master service agreement. Publication rights shall be governed by the UAE Federal Law No. 38 of 2021 on the Protection of Copyright and Related Rights.
3.4 Confidentiality: The Professor and all personnel engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall adhere to strict confidentiality obligations in accordance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
3.5 Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Dubai under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
3.6 Cancellation: Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In the event of early termination by the Client, all fees for services already rendered and non-cancellable commitments shall remain payable.
3.7 Regulatory Compliance: All services shall be delivered in compliance with the regulations of the Dubai Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA), the UAE Ministry of Education, and the relevant professional licensing requirements for academic practitioners operating in the Emirate of Dubai.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Quotation Estimate accurately reflects the scope, cost, and terms of the Professorial services to be rendered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This document does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.
