Payment for services rendered under this Quotation Estimate shall be made by direct bank transfer (BACS) to the account details provided by the Professor's administrative office in London. Invoices will be issued monthly in arrears. The client agrees to settle all invoices within thirty (30) calendar days of the invoice date. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 4% per annum above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, as applicable in United Kingdom London commercial practice.
All written deliverables, including research reviews, strategic reports, and co-authored manuscripts, shall be provided in PDF and editable Word format. The client shall have fourteen (14) working days to review and accept each deliverable. Failure to provide written objection within this period shall constitute deemed acceptance. The Professor reserves the right to withhold final publication of co-authored works until all contractual obligations, including payment, have been satisfied.
The Professor undertakes to treat all proprietary information disclosed by the client in strict confidence, in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK GDPR. All intellectual property arising from jointly authored publications shall be shared equally between the Professor and the client, as stipulated in a separate Intellectual Property Agreement to be executed prior to the commencement of services. The Professor's pre-existing academic work, methodologies, and frameworks remain the sole property of the Professor.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Thereafter, rates and availability are subject to reconfirmation by the Professor.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties in United Kingdom London.
- The Professor reserves the right to decline or modify any element of this Quotation Estimate if circumstances materially change, including but not limited to changes in university sabbatical status or regulatory requirements imposed by the UK Higher Education sector.
- All services shall be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner, consistent with the standards expected of a Fellow of the Royal Society practising in the United Kingdom London academic and professional community.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to public health emergencies, strikes, or governmental restrictions affecting the London area, shall suspend obligations under this Quotation Estimate without penalty to either party.

- This Quotation Estimate is issued in duplicate. The original is retained by the Professor's office; the copy is provided to the client for their records.
