- 1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any engagement initiated after the expiration date of July 12, 2025, will require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current Professor availability and market rates in the United States Houston academic sector.
- 2. Payment Schedule: A non-refundable deposit of twenty-five percent (25%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount is due upon acceptance. The remaining seventy-five percent (75%) shall be invoiced in two equal installments: fifty percent (50%) upon completion of the first four (4) weeks of Professor services, and the final twenty-five percent (25%) upon full delivery of all contracted deliverables.
- 3. Cancellation Policy: Should the client cancel the Professor engagement with fewer than fourteen (14) days' written notice, the deposit shall be forfeited. Cancellations with fewer than seven (7) days' notice will incur an additional fee of fifteen percent (15%) of the total Quotation Estimate value.
- 4. Intellectual Property: All materials authored, presented, or developed by the Professor during the scope of this engagement in United States Houston shall remain the intellectual property of the Professor unless otherwise agreed in a separate written addendum to this Quotation Estimate.
