Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in accordance with the following schedule, which is binding upon acceptance of this document by the client institution in Zimbabwe Harare:
- Advance Payment (30%): USD $25,392.00, payable within fourteen (14) calendar days of the formal acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
- Interim Payments (Monthly): The remaining 70% of the total Quotation Estimate amount shall be disbursed in equal monthly instalments of USD $4,936.33 over the twelve (12) month engagement period.
- Final Settlement: Any outstanding balance, including adjustments for additional consultancy hours or research deliverables, shall be settled within thirty (30) days of the completion of the final deliverable.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the designated account of the Professor or the host institution in Zimbabwe Harare, as specified in the formal service agreement. Late payments shall attract a penalty interest rate of 1.5% per month, in accordance with the standard commercial practices observed in Zimbabwe Harare.
5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Zimbabwe Harare.
5.2 The Professor reserves the right to decline any specific deliverable that falls outside the agreed scope of work without incurring any penalty, provided that written notice is given at least seven (7) days in advance.
