Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made on a monthly basis, in arrears, within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice from the service provider. Invoices shall be submitted to the client's finance department in Kabul, Afghanistan, and shall reference the project code and the specific line items from this Quotation Estimate. All payments shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via international wire transfer to the designated bank account. No payment shall be withheld without prior written notice and a documented justification from the client's project oversight authority.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates and availability of the Project Manager are subject to re-evaluation.
- The engagement of the Project Manager is contingent upon the client securing all necessary work permits, security clearances, and entry authorisations required by the Government of Afghanistan for operations in Kabul.
- Either party may terminate the contract with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination due to security deterioration in Afghanistan Kabul, no penalty shall apply, and a pro-rata settlement of incurred costs shall be made.
