3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Project Manager rates and associated costs may be subject to revision in accordance with prevailing market conditions in Algeria.
3.2 Payment Schedule: Payment shall be structured as follows: 20% advance upon contract signing, 60% payable in equal monthly installments aligned with the Project Manager's active engagement in Algiers, and 20% upon successful project closure and acceptance of the final handover documentation.
3.3 Currency and Taxation: All amounts in this Quotation Estimate are denominated in Algerian Dinar (DZD). The 19% Value Added Tax (VAT) is applied in accordance with the Algerian tax code. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed concurrently with the service contract.
3.6 Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date as detailed in this Quotation Estimate.
