This Quotation Estimate has been prepared by Apex Project Solutions Pty Ltd to provide a comprehensive and transparent financial proposal for the engagement of a senior Project Manager to support your organisation's strategic initiatives within Australia Brisbane. - Invoices will be issued on the last working day of each calendar month for services rendered in the preceding month.
- Payment is due within 30 days of the date of invoice in accordance with the Australian Payment Terms Act 2013.
- A 1.5% per month late payment interest charge will apply to overdue balances, as permitted under Queensland commercial tenancy and contract law.
- All amounts are exclusive of GST. A valid tax invoice will be provided with each payment request.
- For engagements exceeding 6 months, the client may request a 10% mobilisation fee payable upon execution of the contract.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Acceptance beyond this period requires written reconfirmation of all rates and terms.
- The Project Manager shall operate in strict compliance with all applicable Australian and Queensland legislation, including the Fair Work Act 2009, the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (Qld), and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
- Confidentiality obligations shall survive the termination of this engagement for a period of five (5) years.
- Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days' written notice. In the event of termination for convenience, the client shall be liable for all fees accrued up to the termination date plus a 15% wind-down fee.
- Disputes arising under this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved in accordance with the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT) procedures or, where the amount in dispute exceeds $75,000, in the Supreme Court of Queensland, Brisbane.
- All intellectual property created specifically for the client during the engagement shall vest in the client upon full payment. Pre-existing methodologies, templates, and tools remain the property of Apex Project Solutions Pty Ltd.
