- 1. Quotation Estimate Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Melbourne Project Solutions Pty Ltd reserves the right to revise rates after the expiry of this period.
- 2. Payment Terms: Payment is due within fourteen (14) business days of invoice date. Invoices will be issued monthly in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) as required by the Australian Taxation Office.
- 3. Project Manager Availability: The assigned Project Manager will dedicate a minimum of 40 hours per week to your project. Any additional hours beyond the agreed scope will be billed at the hourly rate specified in this Quotation Estimate.
- 4. Australia Melbourne Jurisdiction: All services will be performed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia. Disputes arising from this engagement shall be governed by the laws of Australia Melbourne and resolved through the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) or the Supreme Court of Victoria.
- 5. Insurance: Melbourne Project Solutions Pty Ltd maintains Professional Indemnity Insurance of no less than AUD $10,000,000 and Public Liability Insurance of no less than AUD $20,000,000, as is standard practice for Project Manager engagements in Australia Melbourne.
- 6. Confidentiality: The Project Manager shall adhere to strict confidentiality obligations in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and any Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) executed between the parties.
- 7. Termination: Either party may terminate this engagement with thirty (30) days written notice. Upon termination, the client shall be invoiced for all services rendered up to the termination date as detailed in this Quotation Estimate.
- 8. Intellectual Property: All project documentation, reports, and deliverables produced by the Project Manager during the engagement shall become the property of the client upon full payment of the Quotation Estimate amount.
- 9. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting the Australia Melbourne region, government-mandated closures, or pandemics.
