This Quotation Estimate is issued by Apex Project Management Consultants Ltd. to provide a comprehensive and transparent cost breakdown for the engagement of a senior Project Manager to oversee and deliver a multi-phase infrastructure and technology integration project located in Bangladesh Dhaka. The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end project governance, stakeholder coordination, resource allocation, risk management, and timely delivery of all project milestones in accordance with the agreed scope of work. This Quotation Estimate reflects current market rates applicable to the Bangladesh Dhaka professional services sector and is structured to ensure full cost transparency for the client.

The Project Manager engaged under this Quotation Estimate will operate out of our Bangladesh Dhaka office and will be dedicated exclusively to the client's project for the duration specified below. The scope of the Project Manager's responsibilities includes, but is not limited to:

Development and maintenance of the master project plan, work breakdown structure (WBS), and critical path schedule.
Coordination with all local and international stakeholders based in Bangladesh Dhaka and abroad.
Management of project budgets, change requests, and procurement activities.
Weekly and monthly progress reporting to the client's executive leadership team.
Risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue escalation management.
Quality assurance oversight and compliance with Bangladesh national standards and regulatory requirements.
Team leadership, performance evaluation, and capacity building of on-site project staff in Bangladesh Dhaka.

Payment against this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three equal installments: 30% upon project mobilization and signing of the service agreement, 40% upon completion of the sixth month of the Project Manager's engagement, and 30% upon final project closure and handover. All payments shall be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bank transfer to the account designated by Apex Project Management Consultants Ltd., Bangladesh Dhaka. A 1.5% monthly late-payment interest will apply to overdue invoices in accordance with Bangladesh commercial practice.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect current Bangladesh Dhaka market conditions.
The Project Manager's engagement is subject to a minimum twelve-month commitment. Early termination will incur a penalty of two months' professional fee.
All intellectual property, project documentation, and reports generated by the Project Manager during the engagement shall become the sole property of the client upon full payment.
Apex Project Management Consultants Ltd. shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of BDT 50,000,000, valid throughout the project duration in Bangladesh Dhaka.
Any scope changes beyond the originally agreed deliverables will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate issued within five (5) business days of the change request.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties execute the formal Service Agreement.

Important Note: All rates quoted in this Quotation Estimate are exclusive of any applicable withholding tax as per Bangladesh Inland Revenue Board regulations. The client is responsible for deducting and remitting any statutory withholding tax at the prevailing rate. The Project Manager's visa, work permit, and local registration in Bangladesh Dhaka, if applicable, shall be facilitated by the client at no additional cost to the consultant.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Project Manager services in Bangladesh Dhaka and agrees to the terms, conditions, and cost structure outlined herein. This acceptance does not constitute a final contract but serves as a formal expression of intent to proceed with the engagement.
