Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in monthly instalments, invoiced on the last working day of each calendar month. The first invoice will cover the initial mobilisation period. A 10% mobilisation advance payment is required upon contract signature. All payments are due within 30 days of invoice date via bank transfer to the Meridian Consulting Group BV account at KBC Bank, Brussels. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by Belgian law (Article 5:111 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law).
5.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates and availability of the Project Manager may be subject to revision.
5.2 Scope Changes: Any modification to the defined scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Additional work will be billed at the daily rates specified in Section 3 of this Quotation Estimate.
5.3 Confidentiality: The Project Manager shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, project data, and proprietary materials encountered during the engagement in Belgium Brussels. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be executed prior to commencement.
5.4 Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date plus a 10% cancellation fee on the remaining contract value.
5.5 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Belgium. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Brussels.
5.6 Insurance: Meridian Consulting Group BV maintains professional indemnity insurance with a coverage of €5,000,000 per claim, valid throughout the territory of Belgium and the European Union.
Note: This Quotation Estimate assumes that the client will provide a dedicated workspace, IT infrastructure, and access to all necessary project documentation at their Brussels premises.
