- Confidentiality obligations shall survive the termination of this engagement for a period of three (3) years, in compliance with Chilean data protection legislation.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting the Santiago region, shall suspend obligations without penalty for a period not exceeding sixty (60) days.
- Early termination by either party requires sixty (60) days written notice. In such case, all services rendered up to the termination date shall be invoiced in full.
