This Quotation Estimate is formally presented to the Client in relation to the engagement of a senior Project Manager to oversee, coordinate, and deliver a multi-phase infrastructure and digital transformation programme based in China Shanghai. The scope of this Quotation Estimate encompasses the full spectrum of professional services that the Project Manager will provide throughout the engagement period, including strategic planning, cross-functional team leadership, stakeholder communication, risk management, budget oversight, and final project delivery. The Project Manager engaged under this Quotation Estimate will assume full responsibility for the end-to-end management of the Client's project portfolio in China Shanghai. The specific duties and responsibilities are as follows:
- Strategic Planning & Roadmap Development: The Project Manager will develop a comprehensive project roadmap aligned with the Client's corporate objectives, incorporating local market intelligence specific to the China Shanghai business environment, including regulatory compliance with the State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) and local municipal authorities.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in monthly instalments, due within 30 days of the invoice date. The first payment shall be due upon execution of the service agreement. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the designated corporate account of Meridian Global Consulting Ltd., registered in Pudong New Area, China Shanghai. Late payments shall attract an interest charge of 1.5% per month, in accordance with standard commercial practice in China Shanghai.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision.
- The Project Manager shall devote a minimum of 40 hours per week to the Client's project in China Shanghai, with availability for critical milestones and emergency response as required.
- All intellectual property developed specifically for the Client during the engagement shall vest in the Client upon full payment. General methodologies, templates, and tools remain the property of the service provider.
- Either party may terminate this engagement with 60 days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the Client shall be liable for all fees accrued up to the termination date plus a 10% early termination fee.
- This Quotation Estimate and the resulting service agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration at the Shanghai International Arbitration Center (SHIAC).
- The Project Manager shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of CNY 5,000,000, valid throughout the engagement period in China Shanghai.
By signing below, the Client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and financial provisions set forth herein for the engagement of the Project Manager in China Shanghai.
