• Monthly Installments (50%): Billed and payable on the 5th business day of each month, covering the Project Manager's retainer and associated operational costs. Amount: EGP 77,318.13 per month.
• Final Payment (20%): Due upon successful project closure and delivery of all final documentation. Amount: EGP 371,127.00.

Any overdue payments shall incur a late fee of 1.5% per month, in accordance with Egyptian commercial law. All invoices shall reference the Quotation Estimate number QTE-ALX-2025-0047 for proper accounting reconciliation.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in the Egypt Alexandria professional services sector, changes in the Egyptian Pound exchange rate, or adjustments in local tax regulations.

The Project Manager assigned to this engagement shall possess a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in project management, with demonstrated expertise in delivering projects within the Egyptian market. The Project Manager shall be a PMP or PRINCE2 certified professional and shall maintain full-time availability at the Alexandria project site during standard business hours (Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Egyptian Standard Time).

Both parties agree that this engagement is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Alexandria, Egypt, in accordance with the Egyptian Arbitration Law No. 27 of 1994.

The client acknowledges that the figures presented in this Quotation Estimate are estimates based on the current scope of work. Any significant change in project scope, duration, or operational requirements in Egypt Alexandria may necessitate a formal change order and revised Quotation Estimate, to be agreed upon in writing by both parties before additional work commences.
