• This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates and availability of the Project Manager are subject to reconfirmation.
• The Project Manager shall be engaged under a French contrat de prestation de services (service provision contract) in compliance with the French Civil Code and applicable labor regulations in the France Marseille jurisdiction.
