Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made on a monthly basis in arrears. Invoices will be issued on the last working day of each calendar month and are payable within 30 days of the invoice date via bank transfer to the account of Meridian Consulting GmbH, Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Late payments will incur interest at the statutory rate under Section 288 of the German Civil Code (BGB). The Project Manager's professional fee (Line Item 01) is subject to a minimum 3-month commitment; early termination prior to this period will result in a pro-rata charge for the unfulfilled commitment period.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 90 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision.
