Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in monthly instalments, invoiced on the last working day of each calendar month. The client agrees to settle all invoices within thirty (30) calendar days of the invoice date via SEPA bank transfer to the account details provided on each invoice. Late payments will incur interest at the statutory rate defined under § 288 of the German Civil Code (BGB), which currently stands at 8 percentage points above the European Central Bank's base rate for business-to-business transactions.
A mobilisation fee equivalent to 15% of the total Quotation Estimate value (€73,095.75) is due upon contract signature and prior to the Project Manager's first day of on-site work in Germany Munich. The remaining balance will be distributed evenly across the six-month engagement period.
