Payment Schedule

Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and terms are subject to revision.
The Project Manager shall be engaged on a full-time, exclusive basis for the duration specified herein. Any extension of service beyond the 12-month term shall require a written amendment to this agreement.
All work shall be performed in Israel Jerusalem unless otherwise agreed in writing. Travel to sites outside the Jerusalem municipality will be billed at an additional rate of ILS 150 per hour.
The client shall provide the Project Manager with a dedicated workspace, access to all relevant project documentation, and reasonable administrative support at the project site in Israel Jerusalem.
Any change in project scope, timeline, or deliverables must be documented through a formal Change Order signed by both parties before implementation. Adjustments to the total amount in this Quotation Estimate will be reflected accordingly.
Confidentiality: The Project Manager and Meridian Project Solutions Ltd. shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all project information, client data, and proprietary materials encountered during the engagement in Israel Jerusalem.
Termination: Either party may terminate this engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date plus a 10% administrative fee.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through mediation in Israel Jerusalem in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. If mediation fails, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts in Jerusalem.
All amounts stated in this document are in Israeli New Shekels (ILS) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.
