Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in monthly instalments, invoiced on the last working day of each calendar month. The first invoice will be issued upon commencement of the Project Manager's engagement in Italy Rome. Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days of invoice date via bank transfer to the account details provided on each invoice. A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month will apply to outstanding balances, in accordance with Italian commercial law (Codice Civile, Art. 1284).
5. Terms & Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and terms are subject to revision.
- The Project Manager assigned to this engagement in Italy Rome shall hold a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in large-scale urban construction and redevelopment projects within Italy.
- All work performed by the Project Manager shall comply with the Italian Civil Code, the Testo Unico della Sicurezza (D.Lgs. 81/2008), and all applicable municipal regulations of the Comune di Roma.
- The client reserves the right to request a replacement of the Project Manager with reasonable notice of fourteen (14) days, provided the replacement meets the same qualification criteria.
- Any scope changes or additional services beyond those described in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a supplementary written agreement and a revised cost estimate.
- Confidentiality: All project data, architectural drawings, and commercial information related to the Project Manager's work in Italy Rome shall be treated as strictly confidential and protected under Italian data protection law (GDPR / D.Lgs. 196/2003).
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Rome, Italy, in accordance with the rules of the Camera di Commercio di Roma.
