The Project Manager engaged under this Quotation Estimate will deliver the following services within the Japan Tokyo operational zone:

• Project Initiation & Planning: Development of the project charter, work breakdown structure (WBS), master schedule, and resource plan tailored to the client's objectives in the Japan Tokyo market.
