This Quotation Estimate is issued by Apex Consulting Sdn. Bhd. to provide a comprehensive and itemised cost breakdown for the engagement of a dedicated Project Manager to oversee and deliver the Horizon Development Group mixed-use commercial and residential project located in the heart of Malaysia Kuala Lumpur. The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, including but not limited to stakeholder coordination, schedule management, budget control, risk mitigation, quality assurance, and compliance with all applicable Malaysian construction and development regulations as enforced by the Department of Town and Country Planning (JKR) and the Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL).
The Project Manager will operate on-site in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur for a minimum of five (5) working days per week, with the remaining time allocated to off-site coordination, reporting, and vendor management. The engagement period is estimated at twenty-four (24) months, commencing from the date of contract execution.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
- All amounts stated in this Quotation Estimate are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of all applicable local taxes unless otherwise specified.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon contract signing; 60% payable in equal monthly instalments aligned with the Project Manager's monthly retainer; 10% payable upon successful project handover and final acceptance.
- The Project Manager shall adhere to all professional codes of conduct as set by the Malaysian Institute of Project Management (MIoPM) and shall maintain full compliance with the Employment Act 1955 and all relevant Malaysian labour regulations.
- Any scope changes or additional services beyond the defined scope in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost approval by the Client.
- Apex Consulting Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to substitute the assigned Project Manager with a candidate of equivalent or superior qualifications, subject to prior written notification to the Client.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through mediation in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, in accordance with the Mediation Act 2012 of Malaysia.
By signing below, the Client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Project Manager services in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. This acceptance shall serve as the basis for the preparation of a formal Service Agreement between both parties.
