This Quotation Estimate covers the provision of a senior Project Manager to oversee and deliver the client's designated project(s) while physically based in Mexico, Mexico City. The Project Manager will operate in accordance with internationally recognized methodologies including PMP, PRINCE2, and Agile/Scrum frameworks, adapted to the regulatory and business environment of Mexico.

The Project Manager will be responsible for the following core deliverables and activities:

• Development and maintenance of comprehensive project plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), and critical path schedules tailored to the operational context of Mexico City.
• Stakeholder management and communication coordination with all parties involved in the project, including local government authorities in Mexico City as applicable.
• Budget planning, cost tracking, and financial reporting in Mexican Pesos (MXN) and/or US Dollars (USD) as agreed upon by the client.
• Risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategy development specific to the Mexican market and regulatory landscape.
• Quality assurance and quality control oversight to ensure deliverables meet the client's specifications and applicable Mexican standards (NOM).
• Resource allocation and team coordination, including management of local subcontractors and vendors in the Mexico City metropolitan area.
• Weekly and monthly progress reporting, including variance analysis and corrective action recommendations.
• Project closure documentation, lessons learned compilation, and final handover to the client's operations team.

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in Mexican Pesos (MXN) via bank transfer to the account of Global Project Solutions de México, S.A. de C.V. The payment schedule is structured as follows:

• 30% upon execution of the service agreement and acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
• 40% payable in two equal monthly installments during the active project management period (Months 2 and 4).
• 30% upon successful project closure and delivery of the final documentation package.

Invoices will be issued in accordance with Mexican tax regulations (CFDI – Comprobante Fiscal Digital por Internet). A 1.5% monthly penalty will apply to overdue payments as per Mexican commercial law.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Mexico City.
• The Project Manager assigned to this engagement will hold a minimum of PMP certification and a minimum of ten (10) years of experience managing projects in the Mexican market.
• All work performed by the Project Manager will be conducted in compliance with Mexican labor law (Ley Federal del Trabajo) and applicable data protection regulations (LFPDPPP).
• The client agrees to provide the Project Manager with reasonable access to project sites, documentation, and personnel located in Mexico City and its metropolitan area.
• Confidentiality: All project information, financial data, and strategic documents shared during the engagement are subject to a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) executed prior to commencement of work.
• Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates, or public health emergencies affecting Mexico City.
• Dispute resolution shall be governed by the commercial laws of the State of Mexico City, Mexico, and any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Mexico City in accordance with the rules of the Mexican Arbitration Center (CAM).
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement in writing.
