1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to currency fluctuations (USD to Myanmar Kyat) or changes in local operational costs in Myanmar Yangon.
2. The Project Manager shall devote full professional attention to the assigned project and shall not concurrently manage other projects within the Yangon metropolitan area without prior written consent from the client.
3. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Apex Consulting & Management Solutions Co., Ltd., held at CB Bank, Yangon Branch, Myanmar. Invoices will be issued in USD and are payable within fourteen (14) days of receipt.
4. The Project Manager is engaged as an independent contractor and not as an employee of the client. The client is responsible for any work visas, foreign worker permits, or immigration documentation required for the Project Manager to legally operate in Myanmar Yangon.
5. Any changes to the scope of work, project duration, or deliverables must be documented in a formal Change Order signed by both parties. Adjustments to the Quotation Estimate will be issued within five (5) business days of the approved Change Order.
6. Confidentiality: All project data, financial records, and proprietary information shared during the engagement in Myanmar Yangon shall remain strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written authorization.
7. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by natural disasters, government policy changes, civil unrest, or other events beyond reasonable control, as commonly recognized under Myanmar commercial law.
8. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this engagement shall first be attempted to be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to arbitration under the rules of the Myanmar Arbitration Centre in Yangon.
9. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
