This Quotation Estimate is issued by Himalayan Project Solutions Pvt. Ltd. to provide comprehensive Project Manager services for the above-referenced project situated in Nepal Kathmandu. The appointed Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of the project in full compliance with Nepali building codes, local labor regulations, and international project management standards (PMBOK, PRINCE2).
The Project Manager will operate out of our Kathmandu office located in Baneshwor and will conduct on-site supervision at the project location in the Kathmandu Valley. All reporting, stakeholder coordination, and governance activities will be conducted in alignment with the client's organizational structure and the regulatory framework of Nepal.

4.1 Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in monthly installments within 15 days of invoice submission. A 10% advance payment is required upon signing of the service agreement. The final 15% retention shall be released upon successful project handover and client sign-off.
4.2 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect market conditions in Nepal Kathmandu.
4.3 Scope Changes: Any modification to the scope of the Project Manager's responsibilities beyond what is outlined herein shall be subject to a separate change-order Quotation Estimate and mutual written agreement.
4.4 Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days' written notice. In such cases, all services rendered up to the termination date shall be invoiced and paid in full.
4.5 Confidentiality: The Project Manager and all supporting staff shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding project data, client financials, and proprietary information in accordance with Nepal's data protection regulations.
4.6 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Kathmandu, Nepal, in accordance with the Nepal Arbitration Act, 1995.
4.7 Applicable Law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Nepal, with jurisdiction in the courts of Kathmandu.
Note: All rates quoted in this Quotation Estimate are inclusive of the Project Manager's professional expertise, local transportation within Kathmandu Valley, and standard office resources. Travel to project sites outside the Kathmandu Valley (e.g., Pokhara, Butwal) will be billed separately at actual cost plus 10% handling fee.By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for Project Manager services in Nepal Kathmandu. The engagement shall commence upon receipt of the advance payment and execution of the formal Service Agreement.
