Payment for the Project Manager services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made on a monthly basis in arrears, with invoices issued on the last working day of each calendar month. Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days of the invoice date. All amounts are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of the Project Manager's professional time, standard project management software licences, and administrative support. Any work performed outside the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate will be billed at the prevailing daily rate of $1,850 per day, subject to prior written approval by the client's authorised representative.
Assumptions: This Quotation Estimate assumes that the client will provide timely access to all project documentation, site locations within New Zealand Auckland, and decision-making authority within five (5) business days of any formal request. The Project Manager will operate from the client's designated office in Auckland CBD for on-site days and from a home office in the Auckland region for remote days.
Exclusions: This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of specialist engineering consultants, legal counsel, environmental assessments, or any capital expenditure related to the project itself. All such costs are to be budgeted separately by the client.
This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate shall constitute a binding agreement between Apex Project Solutions Ltd and the client for the provision of Project Manager services in New Zealand Auckland under the terms set out herein. Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. All intellectual property created by the Project Manager during the course of the engagement shall vest in the client upon full payment. This agreement is governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes shall be resolved through the Disputes Tribunal or the District Court of Auckland, New Zealand.
To accept this Quotation Estimate, please sign and return a copy of this document to Apex Project Solutions Ltd within the validity period. Upon receipt of the signed acceptance and the initial mobilisation payment, the Project Manager will commence duties in New Zealand Auckland on the agreed start date.
