The purpose of this Quotation Estimate is to provide the prospective client with a transparent, itemised breakdown of all professional fees, disbursements, and value-added tax (GST) applicable to the engagement of our Project Manager services. All pricing reflects current market rates for experienced project management professionals operating in New Zealand Wellington as of the date of issue and is subject to the terms and conditions set out in Section 7 of this document.

The Project Manager engaged under this Quotation Estimate will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the client's construction and fit-out programme located at 22 Lambton Quay, Wellington Central. The scope encompasses the following key responsibilities:

2.1 Development and maintenance of the master project schedule, work breakdown structure (WBS), and critical path analysis in alignment with the New Zealand Standard for Project Management (NZS 3960:2019).

2.2 Coordination of all design consultants, contractors, and statutory authorities including the Wellington City Council, the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE), and the New Zealand Transport Agency (Waka Kotahi).

The following table presents the itemised Quotation Estimate for the Project Manager services. All rates are exclusive of GST (15%) unless otherwise stated.

Payment for the Project Manager services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made on a monthly basis in arrears. Invoices will be issued on the last working day of each calendar month and are payable within twenty-eight (28) days of the invoice date. A mobilisation fee equivalent to one month's professional fee ($28,500 + GST) is due upon execution of the service agreement. This Quotation Estimate is based on the following assumptions: (a) the project site is located within the City of Wellington boundaries in New Zealand Wellington; (b) the client will provide a dedicated project office space at the site; (c) the project scope will not exceed the parameters described in Section 2 without a formal variation order; and (d) the Project Manager will not be required to travel outside the Wellington Region without prior written agreement and additional cost approval.
