As outlined in this Quotation Estimate, payment for the Project Manager services in Pakistan Islamabad shall be structured as follows:
- Advance Payment: 25% of the total Quotation Estimate value upon signing of the service agreement (PKR 2,899,850).
- Milestone Payments: 50% disbursed in equal quarterly installments aligned with project phase completions (PKR 1,449,925 per quarter).
- Final Payment: 25% upon successful project closure and handover of all documentation (PKR 2,899,850).
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the designated account of Apex Project Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd., Islamabad, Pakistan. Invoices will be issued in accordance with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) guidelines applicable in Pakistan Islamabad.
5.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect market changes in the Pakistan Islamabad professional services sector.
5.2 Scope Changes: Any modification to the scope of the Project Manager engagement beyond what is described in this document will require a formal change order and a revised Quotation Estimate approved by both parties.
5.3 Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days written notice. In such cases, the Project Manager shall be compensated for all services rendered up to the termination date as per this Quotation Estimate.
5.4 Confidentiality: All project data, client information, and proprietary materials related to the Pakistan Islamabad project shall be treated as strictly confidential by the Project Manager and the service provider.
5.5 Governing Law: This agreement and this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Islamabad.
Note: This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for construction materials, heavy machinery, or third-party consultancy fees that may be required for the Pakistan Islamabad project. Such costs will be itemized separately upon client request. The Project Manager will assist in obtaining competitive bids for all subcontracted work within the Islamabad Capital Territory.By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for the Project Manager services to be delivered in Pakistan Islamabad.
