This Quotation Estimate is issued by Apex Project Management Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd. for the provision of a dedicated Project Manager to oversee and execute the Meridian Coastal Highway Expansion Phase II project located in and around Pakistan Karachi. The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end project governance, stakeholder coordination, budget control, risk management, and delivery assurance in full compliance with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) standards and the Sindh Provincial Government procurement regulations applicable to Pakistan Karachi.
The Project Manager shall operate from the client's designated office in Clifton, Pakistan Karachi, and will report directly to the Director of Operations. The engagement period is twelve (12) months, commencing on 1 August 2025, with the option to extend for an additional six (6) months subject to mutual written agreement. All deliverables, progress reports, and site inspections will be conducted within the metropolitan and suburban boundaries of Pakistan Karachi, including the Korangi, Malir, and Hub areas as required by the project scope.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect current market conditions in Pakistan Karachi.
- The Project Manager shall be bound by a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) covering all proprietary information, project data, and client-confidential materials encountered during the engagement in Pakistan Karachi.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon execution of the service agreement, 40% upon completion of month six, and 20% upon successful project handover and final acceptance. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Apex Project Management Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd., Meezan Bank, Pakistan Karachi Branch.
- The Project Manager is entitled to one (1) paid leave day per week and all public holidays as declared by the Government of Sindh, Pakistan Karachi.
- Any scope change or additional deliverables beyond the original Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a written change order and a supplementary Quotation Estimate approved by both parties.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Pakistan Karachi in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940 of Pakistan.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
