3. PAYMENT TERMS

All amounts stated in this Quotation Estimate are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and are subject to the prevailing 12% Value Added Tax (VAT) as mandated by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) of the Philippines. Payment for the Project Manager engagement shall be made on a monthly basis, due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of invoice issuance. The initial onboarding fee (Item 2) is payable in full prior to the commencement of services. A 5% late payment penalty shall be applied to any outstanding balance exceeding the stipulated payment window. All payments shall be remitted via bank transfer to the designated account of Apex Project Solutions Inc., Philippines Manila.

4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Philippines Manila.
The Project Manager assigned to this engagement shall be a PMP-certified professional with a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in project management within the Philippines Manila business environment.
Either party may terminate the engagement with a thirty (30) day written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date plus a 10% administrative fee.
The Project Manager shall adhere to all data privacy requirements under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and shall execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to commencing work.
All deliverables, reports, and project documentation produced by the Project Manager during the engagement shall become the sole property of the client upon full payment.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and executed in accordance with Philippine contract law.
Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, and failing that, through arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) in Philippines Manila.

5. ACCEPTANCE AND AUTHORIZATION

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms, conditions, and cost breakdown presented in this Quotation Estimate for the Project Manager services to be rendered in Philippines Manila. This document, once executed, shall serve as the primary reference for all billing, performance evaluation, and contractual obligations between the parties for the duration of the engagement.
