• Project Planning & Scheduling: Development of master project schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), critical path analyses, and resource allocation plans aligned with Qatar Doha municipal and transportation authority requirements.
• Stakeholder Management: Liaison with Qatar Doha government entities, including the Ministry of Transport, Ashghal, and the Doha Metro Operations Authority, ensuring full compliance with local regulations and reporting standards.
