This Quotation Estimate is issued to formally present the cost structure, scope of deliverables, and commercial terms for the engagement of a dedicated Project Manager to be stationed and operational in Russia Moscow. 2. Scope of Services – Project Manager RoleThe Project Manager engaged under this Quotation Estimate will be responsible for the following core functions within the Russia Moscow operational environment:

Payment against this Quotation Estimate shall be made in Russian Rubles (RUB) via bank transfer to the account designated in the definitive service agreement. The payment schedule is structured as follows: 30% advance payment upon contract execution, 60% in equal monthly instalments (5% per month) aligned with the Project Manager's monthly deliverable submissions, and 10% retention released upon successful completion of the 12-month engagement period and final handover documentation. All payments are subject to a 15-day payment window from the date of invoice issuance. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 0.05% per calendar day in accordance with Article 317.1 of the Russian Civil Code.
5. Terms & Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates, particularly those tied to the Russia Moscow labour market and construction sector indices, are subject to revision.
- The Project Manager shall be engaged under a fixed-term employment contract governed by the Russian Federation Labour Code (Trudovoy Kodeks RF), with all statutory social insurance contributions (pension, medical, social) borne by the service provider as reflected in the unit rates above.
- All work performed by the Project Manager in Russia Moscow shall comply with applicable federal laws, Moscow City Charter provisions, and industry-specific GOST standards. The service provider warrants full regulatory compliance throughout the engagement period.
- Intellectual property generated during the engagement, including project plans, risk assessments, and reporting templates, shall vest in the client upon full payment. The Project Manager's pre-existing methodologies and proprietary tools remain the property of the service provider.
- Either party may terminate the engagement with 60 days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date plus a 10% administrative closure fee.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through arbitration at the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation (Moscow), in accordance with its applicable rules.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a guarantee of project completion dates. The Project Manager shall exercise reasonable professional diligence, but schedule adherence is subject to factors beyond the Project Manager's control, including government permitting timelines in Russia Moscow and force majeure events.
